How does the Mini-to-the Max program work?
Place your order online through our secure website or over the phone. If you choose professional installation, we will ship out an empty, prepaid box. Place your Mac mini and AC adapter in the box, affix the prepaid label, and send it back to us. Once we've received it, the upgrade will be completed within 1-2 business days and sent back to you.
If you choose to install the items yourself, the items will be sent to you along with installation instructions.
Turnaround in 1-2 Business Days? What does that mean exactly?
The turnaround time begins once we receive your mini at our location and does not include weekends or holidays.
What should I send with my mini?
Please include your AC Adapter. We do not need your Keyboard, Mouse, Display, or any other accessories.
Is this available for International customers?
Not at this time.
Can I upgrade my hard drive or RAM without getting the DVD burner? (top)

Data Transfer is included free when installed by us.
Do I get my original items back? (top)
Yes. We send your original items back to you. If you do not want your items returned, let us know when placing your order.

Does this void my Apple warranty? (top)
No. Your Apple warranty will continue to cover all parts not upgraded. Upgraded parts are covered by us as follows:

Optical Drive – 1 Year Warranty
Hard Drive – 3 Year Warranty
Memory – Lifetime Warranty

We offer the following warranties:

No. The only compatible model at the present time is the 8x Dual Layer SuperDrive.

No. Contact a local Apple dealer for help.

You mini is fully insured during shipping at no extra charge.
Can you ship using my shipping account? (top)
Shipping is included in the price. We cannot bill your account.
Does the upgrade allow me to increase the amount of RAM I can install? (top)
Our upgrade neither increases nor decreases the capacity of RAM.

Yes, but this will not change the price. When ordering, mark in the comments field on the payment page that you will or have already sent your computer. Make sure to include your name (the same name as on your order) and contact information in the box in case we need to contact you.
