Warranty Information

Fastmac provides a 1 Year warranty on all products except for the following:

  • Power Mac G4 AGP CPU Upgrades & Hard Drives - 3 Year Warranty
  • TruePower2 Batteries - 1 Year Warranty
  • Memory - Lifetime Warranty

International Shipments

Standard international shipping takes between one-to-two weeks to arrive. We offer expedited shipping via FedEx for a nominal fee, which typically delivers in three-to-five days.

Customs duties or VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additional credit card verification procedures must be followed to protect against fraudulent transactions.

Return Policy

Fastmac offers a 30-Day No-Questions-Asked money back guarantee. Okay, we do ask one question - why - so that we can better help our other customers. Some exceptions to this policy do apply, such as for opened software (for obvious reasons). Certain opened items are also subject to a restocking fee. Any items returned to us without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at sender's expense.
